4. Job Postings and Applications
For Employers: You are responsible for ensuring your job listings are accurate, comply with local labor laws, and do not contain discriminatory requirements. For Seekers: We do not guarantee employment. The Platform acting as a facilitator; the final hiring decision rests solely with the employer.
5. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality (including the design, look and feel) are owned by Sourcing & Placement and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sourcing & Placement shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
