Tax Clerk as Customer Advisor (m/f/d)

Join our Client as a Tax Clerk acting as a Customer Advisor, delivering first-line support for our bookkeeping software in a full-time role.

• Provide first- and second-level support for our bookkeeping software via phone, email, and TeamViewer; assist users after onboarding to use the software efficiently and resolve functional issues.
• Document, classify, and follow up on support tickets in internal systems; collaborate with development and QA teams; contribute ideas, staying informed about regulatory changes.
• Prepare and deliver regular online or on-site trainings for users; represent the company at trade fairs and user events to maintain strong customer relationships.

• Completed vocational training as a tax clerk or similar qualification.
• Experience with tax or bookkeeping software.
• German language skills at C1–C2 level.
• Enjoyment of customer contact and a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to explain complex tax topics in clear, simple terms.
• Experience conducting webinars or classroom trainings (Nice-to-Have).
• Involvement in QA or software requirements processes (Nice-to-Have).
• Agricultural bookkeeping exposure (Nice-to-Have).
• Familiarity with DATEV Kontenrahmen (chart of accounts) (Nice-to-Have).

• Salary range €36.000 - €48.000 per annum
