Project Manager (m/f/d) – Network Planning

Plan, coordinate, and oversee the grid connection and commissioning of wind energy projects to ensure compliant and efficient execution.

• Plan and coordinate the grid connection of wind energy projects in close collaboration with grid operators, authorities, landowners, and other project partners.

• Oversee the entire process from grid integration to commissioning to ensure a smooth and timely execution.

• Manage the tendering of medium voltage components and construction services for cable routes, including technical evaluation of bids.

• Coordinate the electrical certification process for projects, ensuring compliance and reliability.

• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of internal processes to boost efficiency and quality.

• University degree in renewable energy, environmental science, engineering, or a related qualification.

• Ideally practical experience in wind energy or a related technical field.

• Basic knowledge of permitting law and planning procedures is a plus, but not required — must enjoy tackling complex topics.

• Structured, independent work style with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and maintain an overview.

• Clear and confident communication with team members and external partners.

• Proficient MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and ability to apply them in project contexts.

• Valid Class B driving license.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a related role.
